ROCKY HILL, Conn. and NEW YORK, Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- The State of Connecticut has awarded NYT Custom Publishing, a division of The New York Times Information Services Group, its contract to publish the 1996 and 1997 Connecticut Vacation Guides, it was announced today by Richard W. Stockton, vice president and general manager of NYT Custom Publishing.
