There's a three-letter word that's usually associated with Hugh Hefner.
Now, here are a couple of four-letter words you might not think of: jazz and race.
In 1959, when a young Hefner wanted to celebrate the fifth anniversary of his Playboy magazine, he put on a jazz festival in Chicago. It was a natural for the now 82-year-old American icon because jazz was the music he loved and promoted in his magazine.
