BEIJING, June 13 Asia Pulse - China Guodian Corporation, a leading power producer in the country, has set up an energy subsidiary in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, marking the acceleration of coal-power integration strategy.
Investments from Guodian Corporation and the local Chifeng government account for 51 per cent and 49 per cent, respectively, of the new company's total equity.
