Law firm Dewey LeBoeuf is leasing another 29,400 square feet--the entire 43rd floor--at 1301 Sixth Ave., between West 52nd and West 53rd streets, bringing its total occupancy in the building to about 300,000 square feet.
Dewey LeBoeuf, which represented itself in the transaction, is subleasing the space from investment firm Dresdner Kleinwort, which was represented by CB Richard Ellis Inc. The new lease extends through 2016. The firm intends to move into the space next month. The asking rent was not available.
