Brother Patrick Vandriessche, O.F.M. of Libertyville A Mass of Christian Burial for Brother Patrick Vandriessche, O.F.M. Conventual, 76, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, June 13, at Marytown in Libertyville. Interment will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Milwaukee, Wis. Brother Patrick passed away Monday, June 9, 2008, at Holy Family Hospital, Des Plaines. Brother Patrick, originally from Detroit, Mich., joined the Conventual Franciscans at Marytown in 1958. He made his Simple Profession in 1960, and his final vows in 1963. He spent most of his life as a Franciscan at Marytown. He contributed in many ways to keep the community running smoothly.
