Mr. Potato Head is making his appearance on packaging for a line of potato chips locally based Seyfert Foods hopes to launch as a national brand. Mr. Potato Head was a prominent character in "Toy Story," a recent Walt Disney movie with box office receipts nearing $200 million.
"We're making him the head potato," said Jim Coughlin, Seyfert marketing director. Packaging for the company's new product boasts "The best chips come from 'The Head Potato.'"
