Jun. 14--So my bosses have decided I need more bosses.

Apparently the editors down here at the ol' Trib like it when my columns start out with an e-mail or a letter or a call I received from a reader wondering whatever happened to, say, the Neptune statue in Canal Park or, for example, did World War II flying ace Richard Bong of Poplar really soar through the Aerial Lift Bridge.
To be honest, I liked those columns, too. Quite a bit. And, with your help, the bosses want me to write more of them.
