Not to be left out of the recent Wenatchee pizza craze, Alisa Strutzel, owner of Tastebuds Coffee & Wine at 212 5 St. in Wenatchee, said she will offer diners her own pizzas by the end of June.
Her company, Strutzel Enterprise, applied for a building permit to extend the existing 200-square-foot kitchen and the outside seating at their Mission Village location. The contractor was not determined at press time, though Strutzel said her husband will do the excavation work for the remodel, and hopes to start digging before June 6. According to the building permit, the project will cost around $15,000.
