ANNE MARIE KENNY tries hard to give nine-year-old son Ciaran the independence he craves.
But she finds it hard to let him stray too far from her watchful gaze.
Annemarie, 28, of Cambuslang, near Glasgow, understands Lenore's decision.
But she said: "Maybe she should have waited two or three years before letting him try to find his way home.
"Primary school age is just too young.
