Did someone mention print diva Molly Ivins and ``television'' in the same sentence?
``I don't have good hair. My nose always shines. I sure could afford to lose some weight,'' says Ivins, 51, newest on-air addition to ``60 Minutes'' ``I'm not your average star material for TV. Plus, I have a Texas accent. There's nothing I can do about that.
Ivins, syndicated columnist for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, will join ``60 Minutes'' next month as a political commentator. Best-selling authors P.J. O'Rourke and Stanley Crouch will alternate weekly as her conservative sparring partners. The 13-week experiment begins March 3, Ivins says.
