Stockholm-based Tbricks, a technology start-up that in March launched its first product--Genesis, a multi-asset-class trading system--has named Urs Rutschmann chief operating officer. Rutschmann, who since 2003 has been CEO of actant, a provider of automated quote management solutions, will be responsible for strategy, sales, marketing and client services at the Swedish company. A 20-year veteran of financial services technology, Rutschmann has also been head of European sales and marketing at SunGard Front Arena in Stockholm and COO of SunGard Business Integration.
