An old New England mill undergoes tripartite conversion to reemerge as Hasbro corporate headquarters.

Begun in 1986 and finished eight years later, the corporate headquarters of Hasbro Corporation, a Fortune 500 leader among toy manufacturers, cover 300,000 sq. ft. of an 1899 knitting-machinery mill in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Originally there was a main building with satellite adjuncts that eventually were fused into a massive masonry-and-cast-iron entity.
