Quest Energy Services (Canada) Ltd., a subsidiary of Al-Qahtani Marine & Oilfield Services Co. of Saudi Arabia has completed a recapitalization that gives the company majority control of Production Enhancement Group Inc.
The transaction included the acquisition of 51 million shares of Houston-based PEG, which also issued an additional 33 million shares to Quest, at 65 cents a share, giving Quest an 83 percent stake.
