NEW DELHI, June 17 Asia Pulse - Wheat prices fell by Rs 25 (US$0.58) per quintal in the national capital Monday due to selling by stockists.

Rice basmati strengthened on the back of increased demand from exporters.

Wheat MP (deshi) and wheat dara (for mills) fell by Rs 25 each to Rs 1,375-1,600 and Rs 1,055-1,105 per quintal respectively.

Increased selling by stockists against fall in demand from roller flour mills mainly led to a fall in wheat prices, traders said.
