I gotta be honest; I have no idea what Levil Uniform means. I thought it was some kind of Frenchified term missing an apostrophe (ie, L'Evil Uniform). Then I thought it might be a misspelling of "level" but that if it is, someone would have told him (I still kind of think that's what it is). Anyway, it used to be called Balance the 'zine (which is a complete sentence if it's imperative tense), along with about 17 other 'zincs named Balance (Philly JP's Balance is still the best, though).
