WASHINGTON, June 18 (Yonhap) -- North Korea will soon present a declaration of its nuclear programs to China in a prelude to reopening the stalled multilateral talks on ending North Korea's nuclear ambitions, a top U.S. diplomat said Wednesday.Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice told a seminar here that "North Korea will soon provide nuclear declaration."
Rice's remarks follow those of South Korea's nuclear envoy, Kim Sook, who said days earlier that he expected the North to present the long-overdue declaration by the end of June.Kim is to meet with his U.S. and Japanese counterparts in Tokyo this week to discuss ways to resume the six-party talks ...
