Another potentially useful way to find market research information on the Internet is to visit the Web sites of some of the leading market research firms. Hotlinks to dozens of such firms can be found on the two sites we profile on page 8 of this issue. However, many if not most of the sites established by market research firms offer little if any substantive data. For the most part, they simply describe what the company does, list its products and services, and that's about it. However, in our research we have found several market research firm Web sites that actually do offer some very useful substantive data. Here's a sampling of the best we found:
