If you've given up full-fat cheese in an attempt to eat healthier or lose weight, take some advice from a couple of men who live and breathe the stuff: Forget about that processed, artificial, no-fat dreck that tastes like mucilage and melts like candle wax.
During Lent, or any time for that matter, go for the good stuff.
``Everyone wants low fat and then they eat twice as much because there is no flavor,'' says Ari Weinzweig, co-owner of Zingerman's Deli in Ann Arbor, Mich., magnificent specialty foods emporium. ``It's really much more enjoyable to eat a little bit of a really great cheese.''
