FORT COLLINS, Colo., Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Applied Computer Technology, Inc. ("ACT"), (Nasdaq: ACTI) a systems integrator and computer manufacturer, today announced it has established a new subsidiary in Hong Kong, Applied Computer Technology Corporation ("ACTC"), that will research, negotiate pricing, conduct quality control inspections, and schedule delivery of computer components purchased in Asia for use by ACT.

ACT is working in conjunction with Price Waterhouse of Hong Kong for its office facility, which will be managed by ACT personnel.
