THE latest recipients of an Angus Ahead Champions Fund [pounds sterling]250 award is Angus Arts - a small local charity committed to encouraging creativity in everyone.
Angus Arts is already planning its fifth annual Easter puppet festival to be staged in Stracathro Hall, near Brechin next spring.
It is nine days of shows and workshops, carefully designed to cater for different ages and levels of experience, including adults.
