BALLYMENA woman Rosemary Armstrong won 53,800 euro on RTE'S TV Gameshow 'Winning Streak' on Saturday night.

Rosemary was one of five players who won prizes totalling 296,200 euro. The biggest winner on the night was Cora Jennings from Galway who won prizes to the value of 68,250 euro.

This season's 'Winning Streak Win A Million' scratchcard offers players the chance to win up to 100,000 euro instantly and over 500,000 euro on the TV Gameshow. Players are also now guaranteed to win cash and prizes to the value of at least 20,000 euro on the show.
