AS the ancestral home of Chester Alan Arthur, the 21st President of the United States, 'Arthur Cottage' has attracted thousands of visitors through its humble doors since being renovated and conserved for posterity a few decades ago.
While for most it is just another venue at which to pass a wet afternoon, for one female visitor on Monday morning it was a moving and memorable experience and the culmination of years' long research into the life and times of President Arthur - her great, great, great grandfather.
