Leading members of the Ulster Defence Association leaders from across NI have gathered to "present a united front against criminality".
Their statement was directed primarily at two of their erstwhile colleagues in the 'South East Antrim Brigade' which also embraces the Ballymena area.
The leaders there, Tommy Kirkham and Garry Fisher, were expelled by the UDA in March but refused to quit.
