SEATTLE, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- A $10.6 million bond financing for affordable apartments in Olympia, Wash. was successfully completed today, according to the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. The proceeds of the bonds will be used to construct the Courtside Apartments, a 211-unit apartment complex for low- and moderate-income individuals and households. The project is located at 600 Southwest Yauger Way, in Olympia.
The project is also eligible to receive approximately $5 million in federal low income housing tax credits, which are allocated by the Housing Finance Commission.
