HOMESTEAD, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 29, 1996--The Marlboro Grand Prix of Miami presented by Toyota brings more than $21 million into the South Florida economy, according to an economic impact study released Thursday by the American Coalition for Entertainment and Sports Sponsorship (ACESS).
The study quantifies for the first time the economic impact of the second annual Marlboro Grand Prix of Miami, which is part of the PPG Indy Car World Series.
More than 145,000 spectators are expected to attend over the three days of this weekend's event, which will be held this year at the recently completed Metro-Dade Homestead Motorsports Complex. Last year's ...
