A CAMPAIGN was launched last night to try to get the name of Sheffield talked about around the world.
More than 300 people were signed up to be Sheffield Storytellers, aiming to overcome outdated perceptions about the city.
It was a spin-off from an economic and business summit bringing together top local, national and international speakers to stimulate debate and share ideas, aiming to build on the city's progress in recent years.
The Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Yvette Cooper, was due to head a VIP list at the event at the City Hall, co-ordinated by Sheffield Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the council and redevelopment company Creative Sheffield.
