Another Madison County golf course is missing golf cart batteries and this time, the thief or thieves also took the battery from a riding lawn mower.
Sheriff's deputies received a call Thursday morning from the owner of Sky Ridge Golf Course on Salt Springs Road in Sullivan.
The owner told investigators that someone took 13 batteries from golf carts that were parked near the pro shop so that the batteries could recharge overnight. Also missing was a battery from a riding lawn mower used to maintain the course. The mower was parked outside a ...
