Loma Alta Village, located directly across the street from the new Sprinter station in Oceanside, has attracted its first large tenant, largely due to its proximity to the public transportation hub.

North County Health Services, a nonprofit health care organization, has purchased one of the three buildings at Loma Alta Village totaling 12,000 square feet.

The project has not closed escrow, but the broker on the deal says the price is comparable to the other space being marketed for $352 per square foot, which would make the price about $4.2 million.
