The process of on-boarding is a good one for banks to use with small-business customers, and not just retail customers, according to Synergistic Research Corp. in a new survey report entitled, "Optimizing Small-Business Sales Opportunities." The results are based on a national Internet survey of 601 small-business owners and executives of companies with annual sales of less than $5 million, but more than $50,000.
