Such notices for Robin Cook's speech on February 26th, on the Scott report, mean that there is not going to be much problem getting bums on seats next time Mr Cook speaks in the Commons. He took head-on the Tory counter-attack against Labour--that it had falsely accused the government of first arming Saddam Hussein and then covering up--and used Sir Richard Scott's words to stuff it down ministerial throats.
