Jersey City, N.J.-based Knight Capital Group has formed a dedicated transition management unit and hired Lambright Financial Solutions co-founder Shuana Lambright (left) to head it. Joining her in the move from Lambright Financial, a Chicago-based boutique institutional brokerage that offers transition management services and equity sales and trading, are Frederick Porzelt and Connie Kreutzer, director of client services and director of institutional equities at Lambright, respectively. All three will continue to work in Chicago.
