THE Tees Valley is on the turn, says Joe Docherty, chief executive of Tees Valley Regeneration, the UK's largest URC.
"Tees Valley Regeneration is leading a pounds 2bn development programme in land, property and infrastructure; we are charged with attracting new investment and securing the long term economic future of the five boroughs and we are building a business case for a Tees Valley Metro System.
