ALICE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 4, 1996--Ponder Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: NM:PNDR, BSE:PND), today announced the appointment of Eugene L. Butler as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Butler, elected as a director in January 1996, replaces Charles Greenwood who recently resigned as chief financial officer and a director for personal reasons, but will continue to be associated with the company.
