STUTTGART * Mercedes-Benz is on track to be Europe's leading brand on customer satisfaction within the next two years, says its head of sales and marketing, Klaus Maier.
"We are approaching our target of being No.1 in customer satisfaction by 2010," Maier told Automotive News Europe in an interview here.
Two years ago Daimler CEO Dieter Zetsche said he wanted Mercedes to be No. 1 in customer satisfaction in the influential J.D. Power and Associates rankings. The US market researchers conduct quality and customer satisfaction research based on survey responses from consumers.
