The chief executive of Colombia's state oil company Ecopetrol, Javier Gutierrez, has said the company will file the documents required to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange within the next 30 days, a company spokesman told Dow Jones newswires on Thursday.
"The shares will start trading on the New York Stock Exchange during the fourth quarter," spokesman Mauricio Tellez said.
