VALLEY FORGE, Pa., March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Circuit Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICST) today announced the Company currently expects that revenues for the third quarter, ending March 31, 1996, will be significantly lower than the prior quarter, and that earnings per share for such quarter could at best be minimal.

The Company, in previously reporting second quarter earnings for the period ended December 31, 1995, indicated that an order slowdown by one of its major customers in its FTG business could have a material adverse impact on earnings during the third quarter of fiscal 1996 and the near term.
