President Michel Sleiman receives a phone call from Qatari Emir Shaikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, who reiterated his support for efforts aimed at implementing the Arab-brokered Doha agreement, which ended an 18-month political crisis in Lebanon. Sleiman also received a call for the same purpose form Qatari PM Shaikh Hamad bin Jassem al-Thani amid unconfirmed reports that a Qatari envoy might be visiting Lebanon to help the rival parties overcome hurdles to the formation of the new government.
