Lebanese President Michel Sulaiman is pushing hard so that PM-designate Fouad Siniora forms a new Cabinet this day. Tomorrow, French President Nicolas Sarkozy is expected to arrive on a day's visit to Beirut, with a senior political and economic delegation, to congratulate the new President. Sources at Baabda Palace say that Sulaiman wants the visit to be marked by festivities, claiming that a sworn-in Cabinet mirrors normalcy in Lebanese affairs, and would be warmly received by the French guest.
