NORTHBROOK, Ill., March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Institute for Interconnecting and Packaging Electronic Circuits (IPC), announced that James E. Donaghy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sheldahl, Inc. (Nasdaq: SHEL) will begin a two-year term as Vice Chair of the IPC Board of Directors. The IPC is a trade association serving the electronic interconnect industry.
