Swedish training and education group AcadeMedia AB (OMX Stockholm: ACAD B) said on Wednesday (25 June) that its subsidiary, Drottning Blankas Gymnasieskola AB, has agreed to acquire the operations of the Rosensparregymnasiet secondary school in Falkenberg, Sweden.

The school, which has some 190 students, achieved a turnover of SEK16m in 2007/2008.

The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. ...
