JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Bel Fuse Inc. (NASDAQ:BELFA) & (NASDAQ:BELFB) announced today that: (a) it sent the following letter to the Board of Directors of Toko, Inc. (TSE:6801; head office, Tokyo), and (b) it has received the following response whereby Toko has refused to allow Bel Fuse to send a silent agent or observer to Toko's shareholders meeting, on the basis of a technicality in Toko's Articles of Incorporation.
