China, Taiwan to operate flights to restore transport links
Beijing, June 26 (PTI) In a bid to restore transport links snapped 59 years ago, China and Taiwan have agreed to operate 144 cross-Strait return flights between them next month.
As many as Eleven airlines will operate 144 cross-Strait return flights between China and Taiwan, as per the landmark agreement signed between the two arch rivals recently, showing easing of decades-long tensions and hostilities between the duo.
