Jun 26, 2008 (Inside Retailing - ABIX via COMTEX) -- It appears that the Pizza Hut New Zealand (NZ) chain is struggling to make a profit in 2008. Ted van Arkel, the chairman of Restaurant Brands NZ, indicated that the company may sell this business if its fortunes cannot be reversed. Van Arkel told shareholders that it is vital for Restaurant Brands to stem the losses on the parent company's profits caused by the Pizza Hut business.
