ALMSCLIFFE Climbers tightened their hold on Division Three this week with a good 8-2 victory over Bilton Dragon, Jim Walker 21-7 gaining the best win of the evening taking his club 14 points clear in the table.
Bilton WMC let things slip going down 8-2 at Wetherby despite a 21-9 win from Peter Kirtlan.
Wetherby once again showed excellent home form with six winners.
Things were tight as Low Harrogate C entertained Wayside Rangers.
With four winners apiece performances from skipper John Watson 21-7, Sheila Westerman 21-7 and Stan Collins 21-9 ensured the aggregate and a 6-4 win.
