For every five homes taking part in a Parade of Homes in Austin, Texas, Leonel LeBaron estimates his drywalling handiwork appears in three of them. That's because local homebuilders want to showcase their products with his custom textures, such as Four Seasons, Texas Trowel, Old World, and Safari. Providing unique textures and trying new ideas has expanded his customer base and brought in higher profits for distinctive designs.
