Banco Santander Chile (NYSE: SAN) filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2007, with the Securites and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The 2007 Form 20-F includes audited consolidated financial statements of Banco Santander Chile and its subsidiaries at December 31, 2006 and 2007, and for the years ended December 31, 2005, 2006 and 2007 under Chilean GAAP, including a reconciliation of Chilean GAAP to U.S. GAAP for net income and shareholders' equity.
