Amaravathi Sri Venkatesa Paper Mills Ltd (ASVPM), a family-owned company, is expanding its newsprint production capacity based on recycled paper. According to Mr G.R. Vishnuvardhan, Chief Executive, ASVPM, the company is setting up a 180-tonnes a day paper machine to manufacture newsprint from recycled paper.
