The Mexican supreme court's decision to order the government to replace two of five commissioners of telecom regulator (Cofetel) should open the way for a pro-competition policy realignment within the communications and transport ministry (SCT), Enrique Bravo, Latin American analyst with consultancy Eurasia Group said in a research note.
