Jun 29, 2008 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A growing number of real estate agents are instead becoming buyers' advocates. Although Sydney and Melbourne now have 20 to 30 advocates, they are not yet as popular as in the US, where they contribute to 90 per cent of all house sales.
