CEO Alex Walker is confident that the group's earnings will improve by 20 per cent in 2008-09. It is anticipated that the Australian recruitment ads market will post a low single-digit decline in 2008-09. TMP's clients include BHP Billiton, Ford Australia, Origin Energy, Monadelphous Group, McDonald's and Newmont Australia.
